The two-tiered Vista Dining Room offers guests decadent five-course meals, an elegant atmosphere, live chamber music, beautiful ocean views, and an extensive list of wines that have been rated "excellent" by The Wine Spectator.

The balcony level of the dining room offers a wide range of seating options. There are tables along the railings of the balcony opening, which overlooks the first tier of the dining room. There is fine Rosenthal china, serviettes, cutlery, wine and water glasses placed on top of the tables in an elegant and styled manor. There is a large red spiral staircase, which leads to the main tier of the dining area.
