A fabulous joint offering from Holland America and Food & Wine magazine, the Culinary Arts Center lets guests learn about fine food and wine from an illustrious panel of chefs and culinary experts that have included chocolatier Jacques Torres and wine expert Susan Sokol Blosser.

Upon entering the Culinary Arts Center, you will find a large show kitchen at the base of the room. There are ten rows of seating, with accessible ramps on either side of the room. There is another accessible isle down the center, spanning four rows, and can be accessed through the front of the room by the show kitchen. Also at the base of the room, you will find two televisions placed on the walls on either side of the show kitchen, and you will also find a piano on the right side of the kitchen.
