Each night, guests are invited to enjoy an elegant dinner in the two-tier Rotterdam Dining Room, where sumptuous five-course meals are beautifully complemented by an exceptional wine list and regal décor featuring rich colors, crisp table linens, glittering stemware, and fine china.

This dining room offers two large floors of seating surrounded by ocean view windows on three sides. On the main floor, you will find an assortment of table settings and seating options for large and small groups. The main dining area features an atrium like open space, with lower dining areas on three sides adjacent to the windows. These areas are accessible by stair with handrail. There are two large staircases on either side of the main dining area, leading to the upper level. On the second floor of the dining room, you will find more seating options spread across ocean view windows on three sides.
