One of the joys of embarking on one of Holland America Line's cruise vacations is enjoying fabulous meals every day. ms Nieuw Amsterdam’s Main Dining Room presents diners with friendly service, a comfortable and friendly atmosphere, and an extensive menu that will satisfy everyone’s appetite.

The Main Dining Room features a variety of seating options surrounded by ocean views on two sides. In the center of the room there is a large circular staircase connecting the two dining levels. Centered in the room and adjacent to the staircase is an intimate sunken dining area with table setting for 12 guests. The main dining area features large tables with formal dinner settings for 10 guests, as well as smaller tables for two.
